ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE amending and closing the special construction fund entitled "EOC — Relocation Project", Fund 342, Program 007, as established by Ordinance No. 2698-03. WHEREAS, the City Council recognized the need to relocate the existing Transit Operations— EOC to the South Precinct located at 1121 SE Everett Mall Way; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2698-03 created the special construction project entitled "EOC — Relocation Project", Fund 342, Program 007 to provide for the design and construction costs required to construct a new Emergency Operations Center; and WHEREAS, additional funding is necessary to complete the construction of the EOC — Relocation Project; and WHEREAS, with the additional funding provided by this Ordinance, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be received; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2698-03 which reads as follows: The estimated cost of the project is $250,000 including costs related to design, construction, equipment, and contract administration. Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: The estimated cost of the project is $374,711 including costs related to design, construction, equipment, and contract administration. Section 2: Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2698-03, which reads as follows: The sum of $250,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 007 "EOC — Relocation Project". A. Use of Funds
