The City will provide 300-500 gal. fresh water, on-site water and algae from the <br /> oxidation or polishing pond, 110-115 vAC power, and access to a telephone line or <br /> wi-fi node. <br /> 6. All water or algae used during this project will be disposed of in a manner approved <br /> by the City's Biosolids Specialist. <br /> 7. Bioalgene, Inc. is responsible for prompt clean up of any materials that are deposited <br /> onto the City's property described in this Agreement as a result of their activities. <br /> 8. Bioalgene, Inc. is responsible for contacting the Snohomish County Public Works <br /> Department or other applicable agency regarding any haul routes to verify constraints <br /> or restrictions that might apply and complying with all applicable regulations. <br /> 9. Bioalgene, Inc. is required to coordinate their activities with the City's Biosolids <br /> Specialist or other City Staff as designated by the Biosolids Specialist for activities at <br /> the WPCF. The City will make all reasonable efforts to minimize interference from <br /> other construction activities. <br /> 10. Within 7 days of the expiration of this Agreement, the City's Biosolids Specialist or <br /> designee will confirm by a visual inspection, that Bioalgene, Inc. has substantially <br /> removed all equipment and that clean up is satisfactory, i.e. the project site surface <br /> has been restored to it's original condition. The Biosolids Specialist shall notify <br /> Bioalgene, Inc. in writing of the results of this inspection. If any significant clean up <br /> is necessary, the Biosolids Specialist shall notify Bioalgene, Inc. of any additional <br /> steps that are necessary and a timeframe for completion. <br /> If Bioalgene, Inc. fails to adequately clean up within the timeframe specified or <br /> provide adequate cause as to why these tasks cannot be accomplished,the City will <br /> restore the site to it's original condition. The City shall choose the equipment and <br /> manner used for removal, reuse or disposal and clean up. All costs associated with <br /> these activities shall be the responsibility of Bioalgene, Inc. <br /> 11. Bioalgene, Inc. is responsible for any damage to any City equipment, appurtenance or <br /> property caused by the their activities at the WPCF and shall schedule and complete <br /> repairs as soon as possible, at their expense. Bioalgene, Inc. shall submit a repair <br /> schedule to the Biosolids Specialist within 72 hours from the time damage occurred <br /> or is initially noted by Bioalgene, Inc. or City personnel. Any repair work must be <br /> accomplished with parts, materials and labor approved by City personnel. Upon <br /> completion of any necessary repairs, Bioalgene, Inc. shall submit a written statement <br /> verifying that the repair work has been completed according to the approved repair <br /> schedule.
