These parcels included portions of dedicated right of way <br /> from the Plat of J.S. Sines Acre Tracts and property previously owned by BNSF Railway which are now <br /> owned by the City of Everett. <br /> The attached Quit Claim Deed legally describes the corridor and clarifies its public use for right of way and <br /> municipal purposes. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to execute the attached Quit Claim Deed for a portion of 36th Street for public use for <br /> right of way and municipal purposes. <br /> 6 <br />
