In order to do so, WAC 132E-137- <br /> 010 requires the City to sign a College Facility Use Agreement(Exhibit A). In addition, to agree upon <br /> indemnification terms generally applicable to City use of College facilities, the parties would agree to <br /> replace the Release of Claims/Hold Harmless section of the Use Agreement with language reflecting mutual <br /> indemnification.
