10 <br /> • 6.1.1 During the period of this contract, the Contractor will partially fund the <br /> • following positions up to the grant amount of$15,487.00: <br /> a) Maintain an Advocate Supervisor; <br /> b) Maintain an Advocate Specialist; <br /> c) Maintain an Intervention Specialist; <br /> The Advocate Supervisor will provide outreach and education to Snohomish <br /> County community members to enhance awareness of available service; <br /> coordinate services with law enforcement, prosecution and domestic <br /> violence programs; and directly supervise the Advocate Specialist and the <br /> Intervention Specialist. The Advocate Supervisor will also maintain project <br /> service data and will complete and submit service reports and vouchers. <br /> The Advocate Specialist and Intervention Specialist will provide a range of <br /> services including advocacy, crisis intervention and/or support group(s)to a <br /> total of at least 30 female victims of violence, age 18 and older, during the <br /> contract period. The services are defined by the standards of the <br /> Washington State Sexual Assault Services Advisory Committee. The <br /> Contractor shall work in cooperation with the City and the Snohomish <br /> County Prosecuting Attorney's Office in carrying out its responsibilities <br /> under STOP GRANT No. 2007-WF-AX-0008. <br /> 6.1.2 Services provided by the advocates shall meet the requirements set <br /> forth by Washington State RCW 70.125, and by the standards defined by <br /> the State of Washington Sexual Abuse/Assault Services Standards, Fiscal <br /> Year 2006. <br /> 6.1.3 Contractor shall participate in enhancing the Snohomish County <br /> Coordinated Community Response Team to increase the safety of victims of <br /> domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking and hold offenders <br /> accountable. <br /> 6.2 Reporting. The Contractor shall submit data quarterly in InfoNet, <br /> relative to the provision of services. Reports data is due in InfoNet no later <br /> than January 15, 2008; April 15, 2008; July 15, 2008 and October 15, <br /> 2008. Contractor shall submit non-personally identifying demographic, <br /> service and compliance data required by state and federal funding sources <br /> in the InfoNet data collection system. The Contractor shall maintain <br /> documentation and records that support the data reported in InfoNet. <br /> Non-personally identifying client demographic, service and compliance data <br /> shall be entered into, and updated in, InfoNet at least quarterly beginning <br /> with clients on whom an intake is generated on October 1, 2007 and <br /> thereafter. First quarter data (October 1, 2007— December 31, 2007) shall <br /> be collected on all new client intakes as of October 1, 2007 and entered into <br /> InfoNet as soon as possible after the end of the first quarter, but no later <br /> than January 15, 2008. <br /> After the end of the first quarter, for clients served during the period October <br /> 1, 2007— September 30, 2008, all non-personally identifying demographic, <br /> service and compliance data shall be entered into InfoNet no later than <br /> October 15, 2008. <br /> Contractor shall establish and maintain written procedures for the security of <br /> InfoNet use at its site.
