These record drawings span all the way back to the original construction of <br /> the plant in the early 1980's. Due to numerous changes to these systems over the years, these drawings need <br /> to be brought up to date. This is necessary in order to provide a current record of these systems to allow for <br /> maintenance, repair, modification, and upgrades. This project will span a number of years based upon the <br /> limited resources of plant staff to support the effort, and the large amount of changes brought on during this <br /> period by ongoing construction. This project allows Tetra Tech, Inc. to update the electrical and electronic <br /> system drawings and to convert them to electronic format. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with TetraTech, Inc. for CAD Conversion of <br /> Electrical Drawings at the Water Pollution Control Facility in the amount of$98,407. <br /> 45 <br />
