Additional Required -0- DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Everett Water Pollution Control Facility maintains an archive of drawings, including those related to electrical and electronic systems. These record drawings span all the way back to the original construction of the plant in the early 1980's. Due to numerous changes to these systems over the years, these drawings need to be brought up to date. This is necessary in order to provide a current record of these systems to allow for maintenance, repair, modification, and upgrades. This project will span a number of years based upon the limited resources of plant staff to support the effort, and the large amount of changes brought on during this period by ongoing construction. This project allows Tetra Tech, Inc. to update the electrical and electronic system drawings and to convert them to electronic format. RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with TetraTech, Inc. for CAD Conversion of Electrical Drawings at the Water Pollution Control Facility in the amount of$98,407. 45
