I have also <br /> included copies of my insurance endorsements; the certificate of liability insurance will be <br /> forthcoming from Linde Insurance Inc. <br /> Following are two items of note that I mentioned to you on the telephone. <br /> 1) I have struck paragraph 11.1. Workers' Compensation Insurance. Because my business <br /> was formed as a sole proprietorship and has no employees, I am not required to carry <br /> such polices.
