The equipment offered by Vermeer Northwest does not meet minimum <br /> specifications in ground clearance, tipping capacity, operating capacity, and Engine HP. The Equipment <br /> offered by Ditch Witch Northwest meets all requirements of the Bid. Staff is recommending that Council <br /> reject the low bid and award to Ditch Witch of Washington in the amount of$135,615.01 including WA <br /> State sales tax. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Reject Low Bid and Award Bid 2008-048 for Two Skid Steer Loaders, Trailers &Attachments to Ditch <br /> Witch Northwest in the amount of$135,615.01 including WA State Sales Tax. <br />
