Nicole also completed an analytical review of the schedule by comparing it to data that WSDOT had collected in our permanent files.Perteet provided a copy of the In-House compiled overhead and 2007 Income Statement and General Ledger details. The reviewed data included,but was not limited to,the schedule of the indirect cost rate, a description of the company,basis of accounting and description of Perteet's accounting system,basis of indirect costs,in addition to a review of the firm's internal control structure. • Based on our review,we are issuing this letter of concurrence establishing Perteet's overhead rate for 2007,at 172.47%of direct labor.
