1 Exhibit "A" City of Everett East Marine View Drive PHASE IV: Construction Observation and Administration Services Supplemental Agreement No. 1 INTRODUCTION This project involves the development of corridor improvements along East Marine View Drive, from the northbound I-5 off ramp to the SR 529-Broadway Ave on/off ramp within the City of Everett. Improvements include roadway enhancements and non-motorized trail facilities to connect similar facilities to the south and north of the project area. This supplemental agreement will reflect changes to the following areas of the original scope of services. SCOPE OF SERVICES DEFINED Phase IV—Construction Observation & Administration Services The scope of services for construction engineering services by the Consultant for the federally funded East Marine View Drive project is supplemented with the following. General Assumptions • Perteet replaced City provided Construction Observer with a Senior Construction Observer Lead effective May 12, 2008 until the completion of the project. 2. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION 2.17 Maintain files. • Project photographs (digital format). Perteet furnished digital cameras to Construction Observers. Summary of Office Administration (Record Keeping): 1. Provide one full time on-site Construction Manager, one Senior Construction Observer, and one Construction Observer. 3.
