This <br /> scope covers services to be provided through December 31, 2009. Floyd and Snider is the primary author of <br /> the Consent Decree materials. Our experience with the landfill Consent Decree and our associated working <br /> relationship with the Washington State Department of Ecology will be particularly drawn upon to convey and <br /> confirm the construction and process requirements for development on the landfill property, and to assist <br /> with negotiations and review by the Department of Ecology in the course of receiving development and <br /> engineering approvals. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 with Floyd and Snider for Landfill Compliance Oversight, in <br /> the amount of$120,000 for a total contract amount of$205,000. <br /> 9 <br />
