P.. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project <br /> entitled "41st Street Local Arterial Improvements", Fund 303, <br /> Program 069, to accumulate all costs for the improvement <br /> project and repealing Ordinance number 2750-04. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned street and road safety <br /> improvement program; and <br /> WHEREAS,' the City of Everett has received Federal grants for the design and <br /> construction of local arterial improvements along 415` Street between Colby Avenue and <br /> Broadway; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 069, <br /> entitled "41st Street Local Arterial Improvements", to accumulate all costs for the <br /> improvement project and repealing Ordinance Number 2750-04. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund <br /> 303, Program 069, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under <br /> direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all <br /> tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of $4,854,257.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 069, "41st <br /> Street Local Arterial Improvements", as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Design $ 807,237 <br /> Construction $ 4,047,010 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 4,854,247 <br />
