This project will evaluate potential trail routes from Forest Park, determine potential parking areas, determine optimal locations for the crossing landings, and develop bridge design alternatives. The sources of funds for this portion of the project are: Fund 154 - CIP III $ 60,000.00 Port of Everett. 21,777.00 Total $ 81,777.00 RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt the proposed ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled"Pigeon Creek/BNSF Pedestrian Overcrossing," Fund 303, Program 080,to accumulate all costs for the improvement project.
