The developer has revised the proposel to accommodate some of the city's <br />concems. ThPse chanc�es are descried fn Exhibit 34, consisting of changes to the duplex <br />slnictuia layout, moving the tot lot, and additionai landscape screening around the detention <br />facilities. Ovorall, the propasal has been found to comply with the appiicable policies and <br />reyulalions of Snohomish County. <br />III.
