Ten feet ot additional right-of-way, paratlel and adjacent to the existing right-of-way of <br />Rosewbod Avenue and 104°i Street SW shall have deeded to ihe County along the <br />dev��lopmenYs antire frontage. <br />3. The applicnnt shall have (iled and recorded with ihe County Auditor a cancomitant rexona <br />agreement a(ter it has been executed hy the landowner(s), approved as�to form by the <br />('roseculing Attomey's Office and executed by the County. <br />CONDITIONS: <br />A. Tlie Oiftcial Site Plan received June 18, 2001, shall be the official LDMR site plan. Any <br />ciiscrepancy between the content of the official site plan(s) and the perfonnance <br />standards of Title 18 SCC shall be resoNed in favor of lhe standards contained within <br />Tille 10 SCC. The Director of Planning and Development SeNices or h(s/her designee <br />may aulhorize minor revisions lo the officfal site plan(s) so long as such revisions do not <br />increase the intensity o( use, do not reduce performance standards below tliose set <br />(orth herein, do not cause or increase detrimental impact on adjqining properties or <br />pubiic right•of-way, and do nat substantially alter the design of the pificial sile plan(s). <br />Any approved revision shall be fully documenled in writing and r tained in the case <br />mcard. � <br />Ci.
