New water and sewer facilities will need to be installed to <br />serve this development. The above mentionad property is outside an existing Utility Local <br />Improvement District (LJLID). Therefore, in-lieu-of-assessment fees and an asphalt overlay fee must <br />be paid prior to starting any sewer improvements. <br />The Developer will need to contact Mukilteo Water District to entet into and follow the DistricYs <br />Developer Extension Agreement process to install the necessary water and sewer improvemenu to <br />their proposed project. \�Vater and sewer plans must be submitted to :he District for approval. After <br />reviev.�ing plan� for the site, the District can determine more specifically the improvements that aze <br />needed. <br />All construction of water and sewer facilities will be in accordance with die Standazds, Specifications <br />and Regulations of Mukilteo Water Disri-ict. The fees chaz�ed for water and sewer permits will Ue <br />those in effe�t at the time an»lication for each service is made. at the District nffice.
