Section 21: That portion of the Zoning Map established by Ordinance No. 1671-89, identified herein as Area#26, which is generally located on the south side of 63rd Street, east of Wetmore Avenue, which is generally shown on the attached map marked "Exhibit A", and which is specifically described as follows: All that portion of Block 6, Plat of Lang's First Addition, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 74, records of Snohomish County, Washington; described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of 63rd Street and the Northerly projected centerline of the alley in said Block 6; THENCE, South along said Northerly projected centerline of said alley, and the centerline of said alley to intersect the Easterly projected South line of Lot 2 of said block; THENCE, West along said Easterly projected South line, and the South line of said Lot 2 to a point 60 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; THENCE, North along a line 60 feet distant from and parallel to the east line of said lot, and continue North along the Northerly projection thereof to intersect the centerline of 63rd Street; THENCE, East along said centerline of said street to intersect the Northerly projected centerline of the alley in said Block 6, and the POINT OF BEGINNING. is hereby rezoned from R-2 (Single Family Medium Density) to B-1 (Neighborhood Shopping).
