• • ORDINANCE NO. 9627—q 4L Lit"--TETT AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "SR 526/ Evergreen Way Interchange", Fund 303, Program 006, to accumulate all construction costs for the improvement project. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to improvements and traffic revisions at the SR 526/Evergreen Way interchange and the Evergreen Way/Casino Road intersection; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett included these improvements as a mitigation project in the Boeing expansion EIS; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 006, entitled "SR 526/ Evergreen Way Interchange" to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program 006, for construction of the improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director", under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of$360,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 006, "SR 526/Evergreen Way Interchange" as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Construction $360,000 Total Estimated Cost $360,000 B. Source of Funds Fund 157 - Traffic Mitigation $ 150,000 Fund 158 - Boeing Mitigation $ 210,000 Total Estimated Funds $360,000 C. This appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of reappropriation.
