• • ORDINANCE NO. 1993-94 An Ordinance amending Section 5 of Ordinance No.1000-84 providing for multiple-family uses consistent with C-1, General Commercial zoning for the area north of Beverly Boulevard and Broadway intersection WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1000-84 amended the Zoning Map of the City rezoning the area described in Section 3 below from R-1 , Single Family Low Density to C-1 , General Commercial with Contract; and WHEREAS, Section 5 of Ordinance No. 1000-84 made the rezone subject to Exhibit A, a concomitant agreement; and WHEREAS, Exhibit A limited use of the rezoned property to general office activities; and WHEREAS, the owner of the property described in Section 3 below desires to have the limitation of usage removed so that multi- family use would be permitted. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: Section 1 : Section 5 of Ordinance No. 1000-84 adopted by reference Exhibit A, the concomitant agreement for the rezone. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 1000- 84 is hereby amended by the adoption of Exhibit "1" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference and which includes the revised and amended provision of Exhibit "A" at full length. Exhibit "1" shall supersede and replace in its entirety Exhibit "A" . Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett and meets the purpose of the City's Comprehensive General Plan as amended. Section 3 : That the proposed zoning change is based on the owner meeting the conditions stated in the attached Concomitant Agreement (Exhibit 1) and developing the rezoned area per the project site plan approved by the Planning Commission on January 18 , 1994 .
