• .f"4/001VI ORDINANCE NO. 1986-94 '. • EVERETT AN ORDINANCE creating a special construction project entitled "SR526/I-5 Eastbound to Northbound Ramp", Fund 304, to accumulate all costs for construction of the ramp project. WHEREAS, the construction of a ramp to accommodate the easterly traffic movement of SR526 to the northerly traffic movement on Interstate 5 was identified as a Boeing EIS Mitigation measure; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett, the Washington State Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration have developed the final design plans for the ramp; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special construction project is hereby established as Fund 304, entitled "SR526/I-5 Eastbound to Northbound Ramp" to accumulate all costs for construction of the ramp project. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 304 for this construction project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director", under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of$14,096,701 is hereby appropriated to Fund 304 "SR526/I-5 Eastbound to Northbound Ramp" as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Construction $14,096,701 Total Estimated Cost $14,096,701 B.
