• : J?ETT ORDINANCE NO. 1983-93 An ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled "Silver Lake Road Realignment", Fund 303, Program 002, to accumulate all costs for the realignment of Silver Lake Road by Thornton A. Sullivan Park. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to the planned rerouting of Silver Lake Road to improve the safety of pedestrians going to Thornton A. Sullivan Park; and WHEREAS, the rerouting of Silver Lake Road is included as a traffic mitigation project and as a item in the Park Department Comprehensive Plan; and NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: Section 1 A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 002, entitled "Silver Lake Road Realignment" to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. Section 2 Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from fund 303, Program 002, for this improvement project. Section 3 Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director", under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4 The sum of $502,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 002, "Silver Lake Road Realignment" as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Design 68,000.00 Construction 434,000.00 Total Estimated Costs $502,000.00
