E. A statement that if the vehicle is declared a nuisance it will be <br /> subject to immobilization pursuant to this chapter; <br /> F. The address and telephone number where additional <br /> information may be obtained. <br /> be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Notification of hearing for declaration of vehicle as nuisance. <br /> Whenever any vehicle shall have been cited for three violations of this <br /> chapter and/or any other parking ordinance of the city, within a <br /> twelve-month period, each of which remains unpaid ten days after the <br /> issuance of the notice of parking violation, the city shall send to the <br /> registered and legal owners of said vehicle as shown by the records <br /> of the state of Washington Department of Licenses a notification of <br /> hearing on the issue of whether said vehicle constitutes a public <br /> nuisance as defined in Section 46.28.290. Notification of hearing on <br /> the issue of whether said vehicle constitutes a public nuisance shall <br /> be sent by first class mail. Said notification shall include the <br /> following information: <br /> A. The license number of the vehicle; <br /> B. The name of the registered owner of the vehicle as shown by <br /> the records of the Washington State Department of Licenses; <br /> C. The date and nature of each violation which will form the basis <br /> of the declaration of the vehicle as a nuisance; <br /> D. A statement that the vehicle will be declared a nuisance unless: <br /> 1 . All outstanding citations and unpaid penalties for <br /> violation of the parking ordinance of the city are paid prior to <br /> the hearing date, or <br /> 2. A request for hearing is filed no later than three calendar <br /> days prior to the hearing date with the city treasurer or his <br /> designee; <br /> E.
