6. All other violations: Ten Dollars ($10.00). <br /> B. If no response or payment be made within ten (10) calendar <br /> days of the date of issuance of the notice of parking violation, <br /> the penalty for each shall be: <br /> 1 . Overtime Parking: Forty Dollars ($40.00); <br /> 2. Unauthorized Parking in Alley: Twenty Dollars ($20.00); <br /> 3. Parking in Disabled Space Without Requisite Placard or <br /> License Plate: Fifty Dollars ($50.00); <br /> 4. Parking, Stopping or Standing in Fire Lane in Violation of <br /> this Ordinance: Fifty Dollars ($50.00); <br /> 5. Interfering with, concealing, obliterating or erasing marks <br /> in violation of this Ordinance: Fifty Dollars ($50.00); <br /> 6. All Other Violations: Twenty Dollars ($20.00). <br /> C. The penalties set forth in Subsection A, except for A(5) <br /> (Disabled Parking) will be reduced in half if the parking violation <br /> is paid in person to the City Treasurer's Office during City's <br /> business hours within twenty-four (24) hours of the time and <br /> date of issuance. In the event the City Treasurer's Office is not <br /> open for business the day following the date of issuance, the <br /> violator can make payment on the next City business day and <br /> still receive the reduced penalty. <br /> D. Payment of all parking violations shall be made to the City <br /> Treasurer's Office and at such other locations as designated by <br /> the City Treasurer. All proceeds derived from individuals <br /> charged with a violation of any of the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance shall be paid into the general fund of the City; <br /> however, the proceeds from the penalty for parking in a <br /> disabled space without the requisite placard or license plate will <br /> be retained by the City in accordance with RCW 46.16.381 and <br /> shall be used exclusively for law enforcement. <br /> E. Notwithstanding the language set forth in Subsection C, if a <br /> vehicle has been cited for five (5) or more violations of this <br /> Ordinance and/or any other parking ordinance of the City within <br /> a six (6) month period, said vehicle will not be eligible for <br /> 5 <br />
