Parking for Disabled Persons - Private Property. <br /> Parking for disabled persons on private property shall be regulated in <br /> accordance with those provisions authorized by law. <br /> Section 6: Section 5 of Ordinance No. 459-77 (EMC 46.08.060) which reads as <br /> follows: <br /> Disposition of traffic fines and forfeitures. <br /> All fines or forfeitures collected upon conviction or upon the forfeiture <br /> of bail of any person charged with a violation of any of the provisions <br /> of this chapter shall be paid into the general fund of the City. <br /> be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Disposition of Penalties. <br /> Except as otherwise provided by law, all penalties collected for <br /> violation of any of the provisions of this Title shall be paid into the <br /> general fund of the City. <br /> Section 7: Section 5 of Ordinance No. 1615-89 (EMC 46.28.240) which reads <br /> as follows: <br /> Enforcement of parking regulations. <br /> A. The parking regulations set forth in this chapter shall be <br /> enforced by the City's police officers and the City's parking <br /> enforcement officers, and by the City's park rangers for parking <br /> violations occurring within one thousand (1 ,000) feet of any <br /> City park. However, it shall be the primary responsibility of the <br /> parking enforcement officers to enforce this chapter, as well as <br /> any other parking regulations adopted by the City. Parking <br /> enforcement officers shall be employees of the City under the <br /> direction of the City's police department. <br /> 8 <br />
