Sensitive land <br /> uses include the following: <br /> a. Single Family and Multiple Family Residential <br /> Zones <br /> b. Churches, or other religious facilities or <br /> institutions <br /> c. Public and private schools, training <br /> facilities, and technical schools which have <br /> twenty-five (25) percent or more of their <br /> students under the age of eighteen (18) <br /> d. Public parks and playgrounds <br /> e. Community Development Block Grant designated <br /> neighborhoods <br /> Setback means the required minimum distance <br /> between any lot line and any structure, building <br /> or use. <br /> 13 <br />
