To � facilitate th�� County or State, the City of Everett would like to establish a set of � requirement:s to gui3e your initial response to those requesting water service. � The City of Everett �rill provzde a service tap at its right of way boundary to an Q applicant if: � 1. The surrounding u•ater districts will not provide service for the applicant, and a written statement from the associated districts to that effect has been obtained. , 2. The applican! agrees to participate in future tivater districts when estahiished and to relinquish the individual service at that time. 3. The aoplicant has County or 5tate approved plansfor r�ater service and fire protection, if applicaule. 4. Access to the property is provided and approved by those pazties concerned, public or orivate, �vhen the applicant does not front on our transmission main right oF way. (Lf private property is crossed. an easement must be recorded with property description. If public property must be crossed, then �vritten permission from the appro- priate authority is required). 5. The applicant agrees to accept interruptible service and pro�ride ' any necessary storage. 6.
