• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4 517 <br /> A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Everett, Washington, <br /> providing for the reimbursement of certain expenditures out of the <br /> issuance and sale of"reimbursement bonds". <br /> WHEREAS, the City anticipates that it may be selling bonds, or using other debt <br /> financing, to pay for capital projects; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council must declare its intent to reimburse expenditures <br /> made prior to the bond sale which are related to the project from proceeds of the <br /> bonds; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT as follows: <br /> Section 1. The City of Everett, Washington (the "City"), reasonably expects to <br /> reimburse the expenditures described herein with a portion of the proceeds of <br /> debt to be incurred by the City (the "Reimbursement Bonds"). <br /> Section 2. The expenditures with respect to which the City expects to be <br /> reimbursed from the proceeds of Reimbursement Bonds are for improvements to <br /> the City's golf course pro-shop / restaurant facilities at Legion Golf Course, and <br /> costs related thereto. <br /> Section 3. The maximum principal amount of Reimbursement Bonds expected to <br /> be issued for the projects described in Section 2 is $750,000. <br /> Adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Everett, <br /> Washington, this 19th day of November, 1997. <br /> CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> Co n cIm n IntroducirgRolution <br /> President <br />
