QUITCLAIM DEED <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> (continued) <br /> Beginning at a point on the south line of said Section 21 a distance of 1,434.2 feet west of the <br /> north quarter corner of Section 28, Township 29 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in Snohomish <br /> County, Washington; <br /> thence angle to the right 75°53'50" [on a plat bearing of North 14°37'40" West] 31.19 feet to the <br /> north line of city street and the true point of beginning of a 75 foot strip of land lying 37.5 feet on <br /> either side of the following described centerline: <br /> thence continuing along said last aforesaid bearing a distance of 325 feet, more or less, to the <br /> southerly bank of the Snohomish River and the end of said centerline description; <br /> TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interests Grantor may have in that portion, if any, of <br /> Pedestrian Way that would attach thereto by operation of law; and, <br /> TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interests, if any, in abutting shorelands//waterways <br /> /uplands appurtenant thereto. <br /> EXCEPTING FROM ALL OF THE ABOVE that portion thereof conveyed to the State of <br /> Washington for SR 2 on or before December 28, 1989. <br /> Also, the Grantor herein conveys and grants to the State of Washington all rights of ingress and <br /> egress (including all existing, future or potential easements of access, light, view and air) to, from <br /> and between SR 2, Jct.
