<br /> RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of a portion of Lombard Avenue
<br /> north of Tenth Street and south of Tower Street; Ninth Street east of
<br /> Lombard Avenue and west of the alley between Lombard and Broadway,
<br /> and the alley north of Tenth Street and south of Tower Street which is
<br /> between Broadway and Lombard Avenue
<br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of those right-of-ways
<br /> described as follows:
<br /> All that portion of Lombard Avenue, described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 24, Block 164, Plat of Swalwell's Fourth
<br /> Addition, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 7 of Plats, Page 44, records
<br /> of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, East along the Easterly projected North
<br /> line of said Lot 24 to the Northwest corner of Lot 11, Block 163 of said Plat of
<br /> Swalwell's Fourth Addition; THENCE, South along the West line of said Lot 11, and the
<br /> Southerly projection thereof, to the Southwest corner of Lot 17, Block 180, Plat of
<br /> Bailey's Addition, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 9 of Plats, Page 78,
<br /> records of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, West along the Westerly
<br /> projection of the South line of said Lot 17 to the Southeast corner of Lot 18, Block 179,
<br /> of said Plat of Bailey's Addition; THENCE, North along the East line of said Lot 18, and
<br /> the Northerly projection thereof, to the Northeast corner of Lot 24, Block 164, Plat of
