6. That any facility development with financial aid through the Interagency Committee for <br /> Outdoor Recreation(IAC) shall be placed in use as an outdoor recreation facility or habitat <br /> conservation area and be retained in such use in perpetuity unless as otherwise provided and <br /> agreed to by the City Council, the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation (IAC), <br /> and any affected federal agency; <br /> 7. That this resolution become part of a formal application to the Interagency Committee for <br /> Outdoor Recreation(IAC); <br /> 8. That adequate notification has been given and the opportunity provided for public input on <br /> trail development; <br /> 9. That the site plan has been adopted by the local governing body; <br /> 10.
