the City Council, the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation, and any affected <br /> federal agency, and <br /> 6. That this resolution become part of a formal application to the Interagency Committee for <br /> Outdoor Recreation. <br /> 7. That adequate notification has been given and the opportunity provided for public input on <br /> the trail development. <br /> 8. That the site plan has been adopted by the local governing body. <br /> 9.
