Headquarters (v oo / 3 Co w <br />Dear Mark: <br />This letter will serve to formalize our telephone conversation about several <br />aspects of this proposed pro-Ject. <br />The building will be classified as a wixed occupancy of B-2/A-3 based on the <br />following rationale and conditions: <br />1. The building will have a minimum of one trained security guard on duty <br />24 hours per day. The guard station to be located in the central <br />space. <br />2. The entire building will be equipped with a smoke detection system <br />that will display alarm activity at the guard station. <br />3. The central space will be posted with a maximum occupancy of 299 <br />persons. <br />4. A special use permit must be obtained from the City of Everett for <br />activities which exceed the posted occupant load. <br />5. The exiting configuration of the building includes: <br />a. All required exists will be discharged from both floors without <br />passing through the central area. <br />b. The exiting capacity of the central area is sized to exceed by more <br />than twice the requirements for a full occupied area and there are <br />four direct says to exit the space without going through an <br />adjacent space. <br />c.
