Under tlie Phase 1 design/construction, the utilities and storm water conveyance systems have been designed for future building connections. Stubs for storm drainage, water, and sanitary side sewers have been incorporated into the desiqn. Stormwater Management The storm drainage system and detention/wet pond shown on the Phase 1 drawings were previously designed and approved in 2010 under the City of Everett Stormwater Manual, January 1997 and the 1992 Dept. of Ecology Stormwater Manual. The detention/wet pond layout and site area are unchanged from what was previously approved. Therefore, r. . revisions to the approved storm report are required. The previous storm drainage report that was a�proved by the City of Everett is titled Intermec — Lot 2 Preliminary Storm Drainage Ana(ysis, dated January 13, 2009 (kEVISED February 14, 2010). � 2
