Their drawings are about <br />30%complete. By end of next week, he will have contours and spot elevations shown. He wants to hold a Finish <br />Floor Elevation (2nd Floor) at Elevation 580.75 and 1 st Floor at 566.75. HIF 30% drawings which we received on <br />05/10/90 had FFE's at 580.75 and 568025 L,( <br />2. Brian Ritchhart said that some of 36th Avenue West future Improvements (designed by Wilsey & Ham Pacific) are <br />in the activity center budget and will probably be required as part of the traffic mitigation.
