You were notified of tliese violations in a letter dated October 21, 2001 advising you to contact the Public Works department to obtain tlie necessary pemiits for the constniction taking place on this property. Kirk Brooks in Permit Services tl�en gave you, until January 31, 2002 to remove the illegal building and comp?ete the work to brin�this property into compliance. As of this date die necessary steps have not been taken to bring U�is property into compliance with city codes. I.
