Contact the Planning Department for information regarding appeals pracesses for the requirements listed in this document. 1. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed dra�vings in accordance wi;h City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing utilities, storm drainage, and temporary construction erosion control. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. 2. Any grading/fili on this site shail be done so as to no4 impact the surrounding properties. 3. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. 4. Erosion and sedimentation control must be provided that will meet or exceed City of Everett standards. F. Temporar/ eresion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to commencement of any clearing or earthworlc. 6. This work shall be done in accardar�ce with the HWA Geosciences Inc. report dated January 27, 2010. The report specifies the cleanup action plan. 7. Care should be taken when working around the existing sewer that runs across this property. 8. If dewatering of the site becomes necessary, then discharge authorization from the City's Industrial Pretreatment will be required. '��
