All requirements are preliminary in nature, and are based upon <br /> the preliminary site plan and the ordinances in effect at time of submittal for SEPA review. l�he proposal <br /> must comply with all ordinances in effect at the time a complete building permit 2pplication is filed, including <br /> those not specifically set forth herein. Contact the Planning Department for information regarding appeals <br /> pracesses for the requirements listed in this document. <br /> 1. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed dra�vings in accordance wi;h City Design and <br /> Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing utilities, storm <br /> drainage, and temporary construction erosion control. Public Works Department approval of these <br /> drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. <br /> 2. Any grading/fili on this site shail be done so as to no4 impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 3. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust <br /> suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 4. Erosion and sedimentation control must be provided that will meet or exceed City of Everett standards. <br /> F. Temporar/ eresion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing or earthworlc. <br /> 6. This work shall be done in accardar�ce with the HWA Geosciences Inc. report dated January 27, 2010. <br /> The report specifies the cleanup action plan. <br /> 7. Care should be taken when working around the existing sewer that runs across this property. <br /> 8. If dewatering of the site becomes necessary, then discharge authorization from the City's Industrial <br /> Pretreatment will be required. <br /> '�� <br />
