RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Feld Entertainment is requesting the closure of the westernmost southbound lane of Broadway between Hewitt and Wall Street excepting bus load and unload areas on September 2, 2008 5 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., September 3, 2008, 12 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., September 7, 2008, 5 p.m. to 11:59 p.m., and September 8, 2008, 12 a.m. to 5 a.m., to load and unload vehicles for the Ringling Brothers Circus with the condition that personnel be on site and prepared to accommodate emergency vehicle access in event of an emergency.
