(5) Feld Entertainment is requesting the closure of the westernmost southbound <br /> lane of Broadway between Hewitt and Wail Street excepting bus load and <br /> unload areas on September 2, 2008 5 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., September 3, 2008, <br /> 12 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., September 7, 2008, 5 p.m. to 11:59 p.m., and <br /> September 8, 2008, 12 a.m. to 5 a.m., to load and unload vehicles for the <br /> Ringling Brothers Circus with the condition that personnel be on site and <br /> prepared to accommodate emergency vehicle access in the event of an <br /> emergency <br /> (6) Feld Entertainment is requesting the closure of Wall Street, Broadway to <br /> Lombard except for a 14' lane eastbound on the southernmost side of the <br /> road for local traffic from September 2, 2008, 12 a.m., through September 8, <br /> 2008, 4 a.m., for show operations and equipment re-supply for the Ringling <br /> Brothers Circus with the conditions that personnel be onsite and prepared to <br /> accommodate emergency vehicle access in the event of an emergency, and <br /> that seniors be allowed to enter the Senior Center parking garage and plaza <br /> from Wall Street <br /> (7) To approve a rolling street closure beginning at the Snohomish County Plaza, <br /> traveling west on Wall Street, north on Colby, east on California, and south on <br /> Rockefeller back to the county plaza for a Freedom Walk on September 11, <br /> 2008, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., sponsored by Operation Homefront Washington with <br /> the condition that personnel be on site and prepared to accommodate <br /> emergency vehicle access in the event of an emergency <br /> (8) To approve the closure of Kromer Avenue, Pacific to Laurel Drive, for the <br /> Formal Opening / Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of the Forgotten Creek Trail on <br /> September 13, 2008, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., sponsored by the Port Gardner <br /> Neighborhood Association with the condition that personnel be on site and <br /> prepared to accommodate emergency vehicle access in the event of an <br /> emergency <br /> (9) To approve the closure of Oakes, Hewitt to Wall; and a rolling street closure <br /> beginning at Comcast Arena, traveling west on Hewitt, north on Colby, east on <br /> 15th Street, south on Wetmore, west on 17th Street, south on Colby and east <br /> on Hewitt for 5K and One Mile Runs on September 20, 2008, 5 a.m. to 12 <br /> p.m., sponsored by Comcast Arena / Global Spectrum with the condition that <br /> personnel be onsite and prepared to accommodate emergency vehicle access <br /> in the event of an emergency <br /> (10) Authorize Request for Proposals for banking services <br />
