3. FDIC Insured <br /> The financial institution must be insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation <br /> (FDIC). <br /> 4. Full Service Banking <br /> All proposers must be full-service financial institutions capable of providing the banking <br /> services identified in this Request for Proposals. <br /> 5. Public Fund Protection Act Compliance <br /> The proposer must provide copies of all documents required by State law(Public Fund <br /> Protection Act of 1969, Chapter 193) as a part of the submittal to the City.
