It includes the following: 1) traffic signs and a storm water separator as required by project plan review; 2) surveillance system hardware (digital video recorder and router); 3) removal of 480 yards of unsuitable soil from the construction site; 4) minor miscellaneous items such as relocation of ADA railing to eliminate opportunities to enter the park by climbing the perimeter fence and additional grading and topsoil to create a berm on the north side of the park; and 5) a deductive change proposal to eliminate the planting of fir trees. Change Order#2 brings the total construction cost to $564,451.76 including Washington State sales tax and is within the project's remaining contingency. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order#2 for $43,455 (plus WSST) with Clements Bros., Inc. for the Wiggums Hollow Skate Park. 76
