It appears that the concrete block building was placed on unstable fill and/or improper compaction of fill. The building has settled and the concrete block walls are separating in several areas. Some of the roof glue lams are tilted considerabley. In my opinion this building could be classified as a dangerous building. In fact it very e�ell would not resist ;.
