The following items listed <br /> on the Determination of Non-Significance 095-BS have not been completed: <br /> 1. A landscape strip a minic�um of five feet in width must be provided <br /> a7ong the entire 37th SEreet and Oakes Avenue frontages where the <br /> parking areas and driveway front on the right-of-way in compliance <br /> with Section 19.40.050 of the Zoning Code and Section 1. 13 of the <br /> Standards and Specifications Manual. This landscaping must be a <br /> minim� of three feet in height abo-�e the level of the parking area <br /> and driveway. <br /> A copy of the City's landscaping standards are attached for your <br /> information. Please note that Section 1.13 requires that minimum of six <br /> evergreen trees or shrubs be provided for each 100 square feet (20 feet in <br /> length) of required landscape area. Plantings must be a minimum of three <br /> feet in height; at time of planting.
