Housing Code violations were <br /> addressed by the Mousing Inspector, Marian Dent, and identified in her letter of <br /> Aprii 3, 1995 <br /> I <br /> In arder for you to bring the properiy into compliance with the Everett Municipal <br /> Code you must complete the folheving corrections: i <br /> 1. Remove ell inaperable, dismantled end wrecked vehiclas from the subject <br /> properties in accordance with Chapter 46.40 EMC. Since you are not a � <br /> licensed hulk hauler or dismantler you must not store such vehicles on any of <br /> ihe properties which are used for residgnces. <br /> 2. All junk, trash, litter, disCarded lumber, vehicle parts, broken equipment and <br /> machinery must be removed from the yarda and properly disposed of unless <br /> it can be stored within a complately encloaed building in accordance with all <br /> building snd fire requlations. <br /> 3. All commercial or other business use of these properties muat cease <br /> immediately. A change of use from residential to business requires a use <br /> permit and compliarn:e with all current zonine code requirements fqr parking, • <br /> landscaping, drainage, and occupancy. <br />
