The proposed site is zoned C-2, Ileavy Commercial Light Industrial 7onc, ��hich would <br /> allow this use. <br /> 2. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public F7or}:s Department showiny parking <br /> layout, landscaping, driveways, storm drainage, and all required improvements to thc <br /> public right-of-way. Public taor}:s Department approval of these drawings is reou�rcd <br /> before any permits ar.e issued. All improvements shall be completed before the <br /> Occupancy Permit is issued. <br /> 3. During construction all truc}: traffic to and from the site within the City of Everett <br /> shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the Public Works Departm��nt. <br /> City streets are to be }:ept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br /> 4. The alley shall be paved with asFhalt from the south property line to 37th Street. <br /> 5. Concrete 5 foot sidewalY. with roll�d curb is required fronting the developmenc on <br /> McDougull. <br /> 6.
