RECOMMENDATIONS: It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that issuance of a Negative Declaration be subject to the iollowing: 1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing parking layout, landscaping, temporary erosion control, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, and all required improvements to the public right-of-way.
