A permanent Certificate of Occupancy on Building 2410 so that my tenant, <br /> Stadium Flowers, may begin operations the week of October 14, 1991. <br /> I believe we will have by Monday all the necessary approvals with the <br /> exception of landscaping. Because of safety concerns, we modiiied the <br /> landscaping on this building. Unfortunately, we did so without proper <br /> Planning Department review. By this letter, we agree to seek approval of <br /> this modification as provided by code and to abide bq ;he Planning <br /> Directors decision. We will initiate the review process Monday, <br /> October 14, and post a bond if necessary. <br /> 2. A meeting with the appropriate departments to discuss recent <br /> improvements to the property immediately south of Building 2420. <br /> That property is not owned by me. However, my building tenant, ��liite � <br /> Star Van & Storage, is also leasing that property. The parking and <br /> landscaping adjacent to Building 2420 has been modified to provide 1n <br /> internal driveway to the leased land. Based on our discussions, our <br /> meeting should include a review of drainage, landscaping and street <br /> improvement issues. If after the meeting it is determined that some <br /> permits are required, we will seek them immediately.
