A permanent Certificate of Occupancy on Building 2410 so that my tenant, Stadium Flowers, may begin operations the week of October 14, 1991. I believe we will have by Monday all the necessary approvals with the exception of landscaping. Because of safety concerns, we modiiied the landscaping on this building. Unfortunately, we did so without proper Planning Department review. By this letter, we agree to seek approval of this modification as provided by code and to abide bq ;he Planning Directors decision. We will initiate the review process Monday, October 14, and post a bond if necessary. 2. A meeting with the appropriate departments to discuss recent improvements to the property immediately south of Building 2420. That property is not owned by me. However, my building tenant, ��liite � Star Van & Storage, is also leasing that property. The parking and landscaping adjacent to Building 2420 has been modified to provide 1n internal driveway to the leased land. Based on our discussions, our meeting should include a review of drainage, landscaping and street improvement issues. If after the meeting it is determined that some permits are required, we will seek them immediately.
