They do not know why the sidewalk is where it is but they <br /> asked me to explain the following: <br /> 1. hhy did the City of Everett inspector apFrove th,� <br /> curbing to be poured over the center of the catch <br /> basin? <br /> 2, W}�y did the City of Everett inspector approve the � <br /> sidewalk to be poured if the curbing was not in <br /> proper alignment? <br /> There certainly is no question that the 2roblem exists <br /> John, however we feel that. if the City approved the location <br /> and now it is not acceptable, the City should shoulder the <br /> responsibility for the correction, otherwise what is the <br /> purpose of having an inspection, we might just as caell set <br /> forms and pour when we are ready without inspection. <br /> ���spec � <br /> 7600 Ever9recn Way Evereu.
