<br /> � �C DESCRIPTION OF PRUPOSAL - The proposed action is the issuance of grading and r

<br /> � �r, whi.ch would permit the proposed use. The site has previously had
<br /> z �3� stockpiled f!11 material placed on it. The proposed structure is an
<br /> H Otn expansion of an existing building.
<br /> ;. Two single family residences exist immediately west of MeDcugall Street
<br /> and east of the proposed addition.
<br /> 4. Parking must be provided in compliance with zoning code requirements
<br /> including landscaping, and parking f'or the display area must be
<br /> �+ w provided at the "other retail establishements" requirement (3 spaces
<br /> ,� • and 1 for each G00 sq. ft. of floor area) .

<br />� Department approval of these drawings is �•equired prior to any pernzts

<br /> warranted before the Occupsncy Permit is issued.
