Specifically on the west side. Since tYe existing grade is considerably higher on the west side of the lot <br /> ihan it is on the east side of the lot, we need to know how ycu are proposing to address the differenre in elevation. <br /> If ihe right side (west side) of the house is built at the level shown on the plans then the ex[erior wall would be below <br /> grade. In that case we need to see how you are proposing[o insulate the below grade walls.Also the toilet in the <br /> bathroom on that side of the house could be affected by the addition of an interior insulated wall. <br /> If the lower level floor is raised to be above the finished grade on the west side it wo�ld increase the overall height of <br /> the building, potenti�" making the building become in violation of the height limit in the zoning code. <br /> Please provide detailed information on how you plan to address the slope on the lot, induding any proposed retaining <br /> walls.
