The roof requires replacing. <br /> 5. The premises are overgrown with vegetation. <br /> 6. The structure and premises are being used for storage of scrap <br /> metal which is not the proper use of residential property. <br /> 7. All trash and debris must be removed from the property. <br /> Violations pursuant to the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous <br /> BuiT�ings: <br /> 1 . The structure continues to er.ist and is maintained in violation of <br /> the Uniform Housing Code and Ordinance of the City of Everett. <br /> 2.
