All vital systems, electrical , plumbing and heating have been <br /> destroyed. <br /> 2. There is rot throughout the structure. <br /> 3. All windows and doors have been broken. <br /> 4. The roof requires replacing. <br /> 5. The premises are overgrown with vegetation. <br /> 6. The structure and premises are being used for storage of scrap <br /> metal which is not the proper use of residential property. <br /> 7. All trash and debris must be removed from the property. <br /> Violations pursuant to the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous <br /> BuiT�ings: <br /> 1 . The structure continues to er.ist and is maintained in violation of <br /> the Uniform Housing Code and Ordinance of the City of Everett. <br /> 2. The structure has deteriorated to the extent of being an attractive <br /> nuisance to minor children. <br /> 2412 - 40th Street <br /> Violations pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code: <br /> 1 . All vii.al systems, electrical , plumbing and heating have been <br /> destroyed. <br /> 2. The structure has been severely damaged by fire. <br /> 3. Framing members have become so deteriorated they no longer support <br /> the rooP system. The structure is collapsing. <br /> 4. The premises for this single family residence is being used to store <br /> junk vehicles and store scrap metal . <br />
